Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also return all the bubble wrap and boxes sent with the package, and ensure that the items you have purchased are wrapped in the same manner you received it. You’ll also need to return the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as opened bottles of oil/lubricants, and parts with electrical components. If, upon return, we inspect that the item has been attached to your unit or bears any damage, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of your refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not have an exchange policy in place. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Restocking fee
We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns. Should there be any damage found on the returned item, the restocking fee will be charged on top of the damage fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your choice of payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
