Are all purchases final?
Out-of-stock items
While we try our best to keep our inventory up-to-date, sometimes our methods fail and we have to cancel your orders due to no stock.
Item returns
You can also return items but note that the buyer has to shoulder the return shipping. We also charge a restocking fee of 10%, which will be charged on top of any damage fees upon our inspection of the returned item. You can read more of our return policy here.
When will I get my order?
We try to ship orders at 9am and 2pm every day except for Sundays, holidays, and unforeseen emergency cases.
If you order at 10am on a working day, we will process your order on 2pm the same day. If you order at 2:30pm on a working day, we will process your order by 9am the next working day.
Where are your products manufactured?
The product you are currently viewing is a Honda product.
Due to the recent localization initiatives of some suppliers, we can not guarantee that the country of manufacturing will be the same as the one on our photo.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How long until I receive my product?
We ship using J&T. Here are the their estimated dates of delivery based on your location:
- Luzon 1-5 days
- Visayas 3-7 days
- Mindanao 3-7 days
- Island 5-6 days
Day of shipment is not included. Shipment to Palawan incurs an additional 15 days.
